All customer data and third-party customer information is always transmitted in 256-bit encrypted format—twice the standard of most financial services companies (including banks)—and stored in a segmented and secure database for each Enterprise Client. Because eMoney Advisor uses an Application Service Provider (ASP) model there is no installation required. In fact, since eMoney applications are web based, most users have full access within a few days. An additional benefit of the ASP model is that it doesn't require an up-front investment, so you don't have to worry about the cost of ownership, maintenance, implementation, security, back-ups or upgrades throughout the life of the product. With the ASP model, you and your clients also will enjoy 24x7 access to the system from any location with Internet access.

Users usually gain access to eMoney's site via an assigned User ID and Password within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the user agreement and payment. The processing time varies depending on enterprise size and the number of individual licensees, as well as other client-specific requirements. All users (advisors and clients) must change their passwords the first time they attempt to log-in. The logon screen will provide fields for users to supply an email address (if one has not been previously entered) and a response to a new security question. eMoney will use the security response to validate a user's identity in the event of a forgotten password and then email the user a temporary password, which the user must change after logging back in.
New eMoney users will work with a dedicated Client Engagement Team with you every step of the way to ensure that you and your team or firm are getting the most out of your subscription. With a knowledgeable Customer Support team standing-by Monday through Friday from 8am - 11:00pm EST, as well as a variety of in-person, web-based or self-directed training resources available, eMoney's Customer Engagement Team provides users ongoing support how and when you need it.
Yes, eMoney's Data Entry Service can assist you with case entry. Available to enter one case or many, the Data Entry team can provide emX Pro subscribers with administrative support in scanning and uploading documents to the Vault and setting up client's home pages.
