Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and growing the company’s presence with financial advisors throughout the sales region.

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide maximum sales coverage of all qualified sales targets within sales region
  • Lead sales effort for maximum revenue generation, market share growth and competitive wins at strategic accounts

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years of quota-carrying technology or financial services sales experience
  • Extensive experience with selling web-based (SaaS) products or services to financial advisors
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
  • Take-charge personality with the ability to set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting quarterly targets
  • Proven ability to learn and apply use of an effective sales methodology

Senior Interactive/Multi Media Designer

The position is part of a team of professional graphic designers and web designers in the eMoney Marketing Department. This position provides an opportunity for the selected candidates to apply his/her Interactive, graphic design and web design expertise to design and produce a broad range of finished products. Finished production includes a wide variety of formats and delivery vehicles, including: hardcopy and electronic publications and briefings, web site design, interactive multimedia and videos.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with a BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Computer Graphics, Multimedia, or Illustration.
  • Demonstrated excellence in graphic design skills and a high degree of innovation through the professional portfolio
  • Excellent analytic thinking and creative problem solving skills for visual information design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • The stamina to produce high-quality graphics in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to perform several tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines

Customer Service

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Associate Account Executive within our Customer Service Department. As an Associate Account Executive, you will provide support to licensed users of eMoney Advisor’s software by answering their questions and providing great customer support. Various shifts are available.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound inquires from licensed users regarding functionality of eMoney Advisor software
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues via phone and email regarding eMoney Advisor software
  • Document all interactions with licensed users in appropriate database
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or prior experience in a Customer Service position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Data Entry Associate

Initial responsibilities primarily include data entry of Advisors' confidential client information into the eMoney platform. Interaction with clients to review case data entered will occasionally be required. Reports to Professional Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Enters data into Financial Planning Applications on behalf of our advisor Customers
  • Documents data entry services performed into CRM and Department Templates
  • Communicates directly with Customer regarding data entry services performed when necessary
  • Provides brief system overview training when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strict adherence to any and all Customer Privacy issues is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
