Welcome new users to eMoney and keep their onboarding experience moving forward with continued coaching and training. This email introduces the second coaching call, designed to help financial professionals maximize their use of aggregation feeds, complete setup, and stay on track with self-paced learning lessons in the Fundamentals phase.
Although everyone learns at their own pace, encouraging momentum is critical. We recommend sending this email after the first coaching call and continuing gentle reminders until the second coaching call is booked and completed. Coaching Call 2 should be completed by month 2. To encourage action, try switching up the subject lines with every reminder.
