Radnor, PA – April 22, 2020 – eMoney Advisor (eMoney), a leading provider of technology solutions and services that help people talk about money, today announced the Getting Started Program, an expansion of its robust onboarding, training and coaching services. Available now to all new eMoney clients, the Getting Started Program provides personalized onboarding with strategically aligned training resources to help kick start the eMoney experience.
As part of the Getting Started Program, new advisors are partnered with an eMoney expert who creates specialized learning journeys that cover the core concepts and tools based on the advisor’s eMoney package and specific business needs. Each learning journey consists of a combination of Core Concepts sessions and coaching sessions. Core Concepts sessions teach the fundamentals of the eMoney platform and can be completed by either attending a live group webinar or watching an on-demand video. Coaching sessions expand on the fundamentals learned in the Core Concepts sessions through one-on-one learning with a dedicated eMoney expert. These collaborative sessions allow advisors to apply their learning to real client cases and work with real client data.
Topics covered in Core Concepts and coaching sessions include:
“We realize no two clients have the same exact needs or learning styles. The Getting Started Program enables us to provide personalized learning at scale and ensures our clients get the most of the eMoney platform from day one,” said Frank Tropiano, head of client services at eMoney Advisor.
The Getting Started Program also efficiently supports eMoney’s continued growth. In 2019, eMoney gained 15,000 new users — for a total of more than 70,000 — the most added in one year in its 20-year history. As a result, its training resources were widely used. Last year, eMoney hosted 18,000 one-on-one consultative coaching calls and 400 trainings. Additionally, its self-led learning resources garnered more than 300,000 views.
“As more and more advisors turn to eMoney for planning support and guidance, we must continuously innovate and enhance the services we provide. We strive to help advisors become better planners, and their onboarding experience sets the stage for how quickly and effectively they adopt eMoney and integrate it into their businesses.”
