eMoney Advisor (eMoney) won 10 awards in various categories at the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service held Feb. 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Taking home both team and individual honors, eMoney’s recognition was led by Client Support Specialist Gabriella Borkowski who won gold for front-line customer service professional of the year. This is the third consecutive year eMoney has placed as a finalist in the Stevie Awards, the world’s leading business award for outstanding performance in customer service.

Levis leads eMoney’s Client Engagement department, which includes more than 100 employees located in eMoney’s San Diego office and corporate headquarters in Radnor, Pa. His team manages vital functions such as operating eMoney’s call center, providing both live and online training, serving as success coaches for new clients and continuously assessing and sharing best practices with customers.
eMoney was chosen as a finalist in three departmental categories and seven individual categories with the following results:
Additionally, eMoney’s customer service team was nominated for two voting-based “People’s Choice” Stevie Awards in the Software and Computer Service categories.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated on the basis of customer service records and recordings. The winners were selected by more than 100 professionals across the globe who formed specialized judging committees. eMoney’s Kelly Waltrich, SVP, marketing and communications, and Cynthia Carle, team lead, client engagement, served as judges for categories that did not contain eMoney’s nominations.
