Additionally, eMoney’s customer service team was nominated for two voting-based “People’s Choice” Stevie Awards in the Software and Computer Service categories.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated on the basis of customer service records and recordings. The winners were selected by more than 100 professionals across the globe who formed specialized judging committees. eMoney’s Kelly Waltrich, SVP, marketing and communications, and Cynthia Carle, team lead, client engagement, served as judges for categories that did not contain eMoney’s nominations.
