2024 eMoney Summit

Code of Conduct

Purpose

eMoney desires for all Summit attendees and employees to enjoy a fun, informative and safe Summit. All Summit attendees are required to acknowledge that they will adhere to this Code of Conduct at all times while attending the Summit, all affiliated events and at Summit-related online activities.

Behavior

Every Summit attendee is required to behave respectfully to all other attendees, eMoney employees, and technology staff. All Summit attendees will comply with the instructions of eMoney employees and Summit vendor staff and will comply with all applicable laws. eMoney employees are required to abide by company policies at all times.

Harassment-Free Summit

eMoney is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Summit experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. Harassment, sexual or intimidating language and imagery are not appropriate and will not be tolerated.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexual images in public spaces

  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, leering or following

  • Harassing photography or recording

  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events

  • Inappropriate physical contact

  • Unwelcome sexual attention or comments

  • Offensive sexual attention or comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion

  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior

Enforcement

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, eMoney retains the right to take any actions to keep the Summit a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expelling the offender from the Summit with no refund, and possible termination of the offender’s eMoney subscription. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If circumstances of the harassment warrant, the harasser will be required to leave the Summit immediately without receiving a warning, and law enforcement may be notified.

Reporting

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible to a member of the eMoney Summit staff, to advisorsummit@emoneyadvisor.com.

Safe and Happy

Respectful and safe behavior increases the value of the Summit for everyone. We want you to be safe and happy at the Summit and have a great time while learning about the latest initiatives at eMoney and in our industry. People like you make the Summit a better place!
