eMoney Advisor Wins Three Bronze Stevie® Awards in 2025 for Great Employers
Radnor, PA – July 17, 2025 – eMoney Advisor, a leading provider of technology solutions and services that help people talk about money, has been named the Bronze winner of three Stevie Awards in the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers in the following categories:
- Achievement in Learning Technology Implementation: eMoney made significant enhancements to its learning technologies including the launch of a mobile app, the rollout of skills functionality for 300 job roles and 50 courses, and the issuance of nearly 150 digital badges recognizing employee achievements. Additionally, eMoney created an integration between its learning management system and five external providers – successfully syncing nearly 3,000 courses to expand learning access to employees.
- Best Use of Video for Learning: As part of eMoney’s remote onboarding process, eMoney developed a fun and engaging video that provides an overview of its business model and why it matters to employees. The video combines whiteboard animation along with an animated character that serves as a pedagogical agent to promote engagement. Since its launch, it has become a key touchpoint in the new hire onboarding journey, helping employees better understand how their work contributes to eMoney’s mission.
- eMoney Employee Engagement Committee (EEC): The EEC is a cross-functional team of employee representatives from various locations, departments, and levels – driven by a shared goal of enhancing workplace culture and connection. Since its inception, the EEC has launched a variety of engaging initiatives that have brought colleagues together in meaningful and memorable ways. Over 100 employees consistently participate in the annual Wellness Challenge; charitable giving campaigns surpassed $30K from employee donations in 2023 with strong participation again in 2024; and more than 15% of the workforce has participated in opportunities for remote connection sponsored by the EEC.
“We are honored to receive this recognition, which is a direct result of our commitment to helping our employees learn, grow, and engage in their careers at eMoney,” said Joanne Del Signore, head of people experience at eMoney. “We are proud of our teams who led these winning initiatives, and we are dedicated to continually being a great place to work.”
